I have lost 22 pounds. I eat every 3 hours, 2 fruit a day, lots of vegetables and balanced small portioned lunch and breakfast and dinner. I go to the gym 4-6 days a week. This can help with med regimen and determine your sugar hi and lo, all which can make you tired.
